Cabonne Hamper Co is a small, locally owned business based in Canowindra, NSW.
We create and sell curated gift hampers featuring locally sourced products.

Orders & Payments
Orders can be made through our website, in person, or at selected local markets.
We accept:

Credit and debit card payments

Direct bank transfer

Full payment is required at checkout before your order is processed. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Processing & Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Cabonne Hamper Co cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal conditions. Once posted, delivery delays caused by Australia Post are outside of our control.

Product Availability & Substitutions
Our hampers are pre-made, but from time to time a particular item may become unavailable.
In this case, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value to ensure your hamper still looks and feels complete.
We always aim to keep the same quality and aesthetic as shown in our product photos.
 

Perishable Items & Freshness
Some of our hampers include perishable or consumable items such as honey and infused oils.
All food products are clearly labelled with ingredients and best-before dates where applicable.
We recommend opening and storing these items according to the product instructions. Cabonne Hamper Co is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We take great care in packaging every hamper to arrive safely and beautifully presented.
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@cabonnehamper.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be arranged once the damage has been verified.

We cover return postage costs for approved returns.

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Gift Messages & Corporate Orders
We’re happy to include a short personalised gift message with your order. Please add your message in the checkout notes.
For corporate or bulk orders, please contact us directly to discuss customisation and delivery options.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
By using our website or purchasing from Cabonne Hamper Co, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW for any disputes.
